Houston Lath & Plaster, family owned and operated, established in 1998. 

For the homeowner, we have completed numerous homes both new construction and changing the exterior of existing homes, installing stucco over brick, wood, etc. for a fresh new look. We’re very versed in patching and/or repairs and have done beautiful interior plaster as well.

We participate in most public offerings through the AGC, including both new & remodels of city projects, select school districts, medical industry, and both State and Federal projects. We also specialize in Restoration and Renovation projects of Historic Buildings and older structures that were assembled with interior plaster. This includes The Historic Strand District in Galveston, Rice University, Liberty County Court House, and many campuses in the Houston Independent School District. Our versatility also allows us to provide and install Decorative Interior Finishes for those who favor old world or Venetian Plaster.

Vice President Timothy Rogan brings to our company over 30 years experience in the industry, 20 of which he was a journeyman lather and foreman. He has served as past President of the Texas Lathing and Plastering Contractors Association (now known as South Central Wall, Ceiling & Plaster Association). Serving as past chairman of the apprentice committee, he currently holds a seat as a Houston representative for the Technical Advisory Committee. The SCWCPA has been setting the Benchmark for quality workmanship in the Plastering Industry for 56 years in Texas. Tim is currently the Houston area Representative of the apprentice committee for the SCWCPA and also holds a position on the Executive Board as a Trustee for Texas Bureau for Lath and Plaster Foundation. The TBLP which helps fund educational programs, seminars, and the SCWCPA Scholarship Program which is open to members, employees and their children.
